We don't have a contact form that stores your details — that would defeat the purpose of a privacy-first site. Email works well.

We read every email. Replies take 1-3 working days for general queries, same day for any factual correction that needs fixing on the site.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If you spot a rate that's out of date, a scheme we've got wrong, or a calculation that misbehaves — please tell us. The site's accuracy depends on it.
- Suggestions. Missing topics, missing calculator features, something that would make a page clearer.
- Press and syndication. Short excerpts are fine with attribution and a link back. For full-article syndication, please email.
What we can't help with
- Personal mortgage advice. We are not FCA-authorised and we cannot recommend a specific product, lender or course of action for your personal circumstances. For that, please use an FCA-authorised mortgage adviser. L&C, Habito and Mojo are all whole-of-market and free; a local broker or your bank is also fine.
- Complaints about specific lenders. If you have a complaint about a lender or broker, the first step is their internal complaints process. If unresolved, the Financial Ombudsman Service (financial-ombudsman.org.uk) is the independent body that handles these.
Response time on corrections
We aim to fix factual errors within 24 hours of a credible report. If a core figure changes (Bank Rate, SDLT bands, a scheme going live or ending), we update within a week and usually much faster. If you've spotted something and we haven't updated within 48 hours of a flag, please prod.
